There are two way to create the file . Exe ( executable ) namely :
1 . Using WinRAR ( WinRAR Download here )
2 . Using NSIS ( Nullsoft Install System ) ( NSIS Download here )
Here are the steps to create a file . Exe :
A. WinRAR :
1 . Collect multiple files into a folder and enter
2 . Open the folder , block all files in the folder and right-click
3 . Click " Add to Archive ... "
4 . Tick / Check "Create SFX Archive "
5 . Then you can modify it by adding a licensed installer , etc. ..
6 . Click ok if it is , and will make the archive ..
7 . Archive / installer will be stored in the same folder ..
B. NSIS :
1 . Download NSIS [ For those who have not had ]
2 . To make the installer is also required WinRAR ..
4 . Enter multiple files into a folder [ such as how to create with WinRAR ]
5 . Block all the files and right click
6 . Click " add to archive "
7 . Check Zip
8 . ok
9 . Click the " Installer based on Zip file " in NSIS
10 . Click Open and select the Zip file before
11 . Setting Installer wrote under that name , Path , etc. .
12 . click OK
13 . Done !

( - ) Memory that in the compressed bit [ eg : 100MB becomes 99.15 MB ]
B. NSIS :
( + ) Memory which compressed quite a lot [ eg : 100 MB to 99 MB or less ]
